2008 CATALINA CLASSIC ENTRY FORM

Entry in the Mikelson Catalina Classic is limited to the first 100 teams returning their Entry Form.

The entry fee is $2,080. There is an $80 discount for cash, check, wire transfer or money orders. Email Rod Halperin for wire instructions.

Cancellations must be received prior to September 1st to receive refund.
