Basic Entry Fee is $832 per team of up to 4 anglers. Additional anglers may be added for $130 per angler (Max. 6 anglers per team total). Entry fee includes 1 Team entry kit. Each angler receives a Tournament Hat, Tournament T shirt, awards ceremony ticket, raffle ticket, and one entry into each mega raffle drawing.

Combo Entry Fee is $416 per team of up to 6 anglers, and is only available to teams entered in the Catalina Classic. Entry fee includes 1 Team entry kit. Each angler receives a Tournament Hat, Tournament T shirt, awards ceremony ticket, and one entry into each mega raffle drawing.

PLEASE READ AND SIGN THE FOLLOWING: This entry form, together with payment of appropriate entry fee, upon acceptance and approval, and subject to all the provisions and terms contained herein and in the 2010 tournament rules, shall entitle the entrant to compete in the Avalon Billfish Classic Tournament. Entrant agrees to be bound by and adhere to all tournament rules and regulations as published or amended. Any misrepresentation on this entry form, any signed release afidavits, signed weighmaster certificates or violation of any Tournament rule will be cause for disqualification and forfeiture of any prize money and merchandise won in the tournament. The Tournament reserves the right to pursue such misrepresentations without regard to time limits. It is expressly understood that all participants enter at their own risk and Catalina Classic, Inc. (CCI), its employees, directors, sponsors, donors and all persons connected directly or indirectly with the operations of the tournament shall be exempt from any liabilities or libel, slander, loss, damage, negligence, harm, injury or death suffered by any participants, entrants, sportfishermen, their companions, boat captains, crew members, observers, boats and equipment which may occur during the tournament. As team captain, I certify that our team’s (vessel) boat conforms to all U.S. Coast Guard regulations and all Coast Guard required equipment is certified current and on board. Entrant and team members agree to accept as binding any and all decisions made by CCI and the Tournament’s rules committee. Any misrepresentation on the entry form or otherwise maybe cause for disqualification and forfeiture of any prize money and merchandise won in the tournament. CCI reserves the right to deny any entry form or reject any entry form once accepted and approved for any reason which in its sole judgement and discretion it deems proper. CCI reserves the right to cancel the tournament for any reason. In the event of any such cancellation, all entrants will be notified immediately and all monies paid by entrants shall be returned and neither party shall have liability to the other. As further consideration of my team being permitted to enter the tournament, I do hereby irrevocably authorize you, your licensees, successors or assigns to print, publish, televise, video tape or otherwise use my team’s photographs, video tapes or any likeness of my team which may be recorded, transmitted, published or otherwise used on television, in print, or any other media during and after said tournament. At the sole discretion of CCI, all entrants and their team members may be required to take a polygraph test administered by the tournament’s independent polygraph contractor. I and my team members agree to take such polygraph test, if asked, and abide by the results thereof. As team captain, I declare by my signature hereon, I have read, understood, accept and agree to the foregoing provisions and I have read and understand all tournament rules and regulations.
